At the BMW plant in San Luis Potosí, we managed Human Resources marketing, creating comprehensive visual and branded content strategies. This included photography, videography, and branded content aimed at both internal and external communication. We also produced and post-produced instructional videos for recruitment tests, demonstrating the process of assembling a BMW. These efforts not only enhanced internal engagement but also reinforced BMW's brand identity to potential recruits.
